To ensure your jewellery stays as beautiful as the day it arrives, we offer a 6-month warranty on all pieces, beginning from the date your order is delivered.

- Soldering issues

What’s Not Covered
Our warranty doesn’t cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, tarnish)
- Loss, theft, or improper care
- Damage caused by accidents or misuse
- Custom alterations by a third party

How to Request a Repair or Replacement

- Our team will respond within 2 business days.
- If covered, we’ll guide you through next steps, including return instructions.
If your piece falls outside the warranty period or is not covered, we’re still here to help — we offer affordable repairs and cleanings through our Glasâje Care service.
