The Timeline

Because we make everything to order, there’s a little bit of patience involved. Once your piece is ready, it’ll ship within 5–7 business days. We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, fully insured and trackable, with a signature required on delivery. And yep—shipping’s on us.
